All products in V1 are digital. Delivery begins after successful payment is verified server-side.
Delivery flow
- Payment is verified server-side.
- The order, entitlement, and associated product are verified.
- Secure one-time delivery access is issued.
- A short-lived private download link is created.
Download allowance
Each purchased entitlement includes one self-service download. Access is protected and temporary, so download and save the package carefully on a secure device.
Technical delivery issue
If a verified technical delivery failure occurs, keep the order reference and reply through your order communications so support can review payment, entitlement, and delivery status.
