These terms govern the purchase and use of KHAMCX digital products and services in V1 without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Checkout and payment
- Digital products and the payable price are shown before payment, and an order completes only after successful payment is verified.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and order details and for keeping the order reference.
Secure digital delivery
After payment and entitlement verification, secure temporary access is made available. Each purchased entitlement provides one self-service download, and the customer should download and save the package carefully.
License and intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in KHAMCX products remain with KHAMCX. Purchase grants a personal-use license only and does not transfer ownership.
- No resale, redistribution, republishing, or unauthorized copying.
- No relicensing, rebranding, or presenting the product under another identity.
- No embedding KHAMCX products inside another commercial product without prior permission.

Mandatory rights
