Clear digital-product policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

KHAMCX products are digital. Once digital delivery starts, a download is made available, or paid access is activated, a refund is not provided merely for a change of mind or non-use. Applicable mandatory statutory consumer rights always remain in effect.

Digital books and files

Digital books and files are not refundable after digital delivery starts, a download link is made available, or the file is downloaded because the product becomes immediately usable.

If digital delivery has not started and no use or benefit has occurred, a cancellation request is handled in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

Software and trial access

KHAMCX subscription software provides a 24-hour trial before a paid subscription so the user can assess whether the program is suitable.

After the trial ends and the paid subscription and access are activated, the payment is not refunded merely because the user changes their mind or does not use the service.

Blocking technical defect

If a verified material technical defect prevents access or normal use of the service, please report it within three days of activation or delivery for priority handling. The verified defect will be repaired at no charge.

If the blocking defect cannot be repaired or continues after remediation, the case will be reviewed for the appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law. The three-day reporting period does not limit any mandatory statutory right.

Reviewable cases

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Incorrect fulfillment.
  • Verified delivery failure or inability to access.
  • A verified material technical defect that cannot be repaired.
  • Any case where applicable law requires a refund or another consumer remedy.

Requesting review

Keep your order reference and reply through order communications with a description of the issue. Payment, entitlement, download, or activation status may need to be verified before a decision.

Applicable mandatory consumer rights always prevail, including rights concerning defects, non-performance, or delivery failure.
